The Feldenkrais Method is a mode of somatic education which focuses on using our attention and awareness to help facilitate positive change in our movement. By reorganizing our physical movements and habits we can learn to move with a greater range of possibilities more easily and with less discomfort. Often is the case that those who experience the physical benefits of the method also experience more calm in their lives, less anxiety and greater focus.
Our work is either based in a class setting with multiple students following a sequence of movements as directed by the teacher or on a one-to-one basis with the student and teacher working in physical contact according to the individual's needs.
