John McTimoney developed the McTimoney method over 50 years ago and is taught at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Oxfordshire, Manchester, Madrid, and Hong Kong. The McTimoney method of chiropractic is holistic and concerned with the wellbeing of the whole body, this helps to realign and rebalance your body. For optimal health the whole musculoskeletal system needs to work in harmony. The adjustments aim to improve musculoskeletal alignment. They are quick, gentle and accurate and suitable for all ages from children pregnant women and the elderly.
